Meet Natasha “Pinky” Marshall
From Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Natasha “Pinky” Marshall is stepping onto the college stage with big dreams, a playful spirit, and a heart grounded in purpose. A proud graduate of Beddingfield High School, Pinky balanced both soccer and basketball while earning a reputation as someone everyone loved being around. Her time in high school taught her how to juggle multiple responsibilities — a skill she’s carrying with her as she begins her journey at the University of Mount Olive.
Chosen for its quiet, close-knit community, Mount Olive will be home as she pursues a degree in sport management and suits up to play college basketball. While excited (and admittedly a little nervous) to compete at the next level, her goals go beyond the court — from playing overseas to one day giving back and helping kids thrive.
Whether she’s playing the drums in church, spending time with loved ones, or cracking a joke to brighten someone’s day, Pinky brings positive energy to every space she’s in. Hardworking, respectful, and full of joy — she’s a force, on and off the court.
We’re proud to welcome Natasha “Pinky” Marshall to the Canady Scholar-Athlete family — a natural leader driven by heart, hustle, and humor.
