Our Partners

Canady has established two partnerships which he is extremely proud of. The first is his alma mater, The Kiski School. This was a no-brainer as he wants to ensure he is giving back to the very village that helped shape and mold him into a college-ready scholar. Kiski is an all-boys college preparatory boarding school located in Saltsburg PA which is about 30 miles east of North Pittsburgh.

Canady has also partnered with Fund for Advancement of Minorities Through Education (FAME). FAME

is an organization in Pittsburgh whose mission is to educate, empower and embolden African American

youth to become student ambassadors of today, leaders of tomorrow, and stewards of their

communities by providing access to college preparatory education at participating independent schools

in the Greater Pittsburgh area through the provision of need based financial assistance.

One winner will be chosen from Kiski and from FAME this spring of 2022 and the scholarship will go into

affect for the ’22-’23 school year.

Amachi Pittsburgh raises awareness and delivers services to give children a fighting chance in Allegheny County. When the community is knowledgeable about the challenges they face, children have the support they need to thrive. This awareness creates policy-level change so that youth are unburdened from a system that has made them more vulnerable to the criminal justice system.

Neighborhood Learning Alliance is a nonprofit organization that strives to improve education and opportunities of lower-income families within Allegheny County through strategic partnerships with the community and faith-based organizations. We offer programs for students from kindergarten through high school that focuses on supplementary learning as well as higher education.
