Meet Keevie Hooks

Born and raised in Wilson, North Carolina, Keevie Hooks is stepping into the next chapter of his life with confidence, curiosity, and purpose. A proud graduate of Beddingfield High School, Keevie was a three-sport athlete — balancing football, baseball, and track & field — while also learning lessons that shaped how he’s approaching college and adulthood. Now headed to Shaw University to study psychology, Keevie is excited to explore what drives greatness in people, with dreams of becoming a sports psychiatrist or motivational speaker. Choosing Shaw wasn’t just about the academics — it’s also a place of legacy, where his grandfather once worked.

Whether he’s working out, exploring nature, or creating motivational content for Instagram, Keevie leads with intention and heart. He’s focused on making his family proud, building new connections, and stepping out of his comfort zone — all while staying true to his chill, humble personality.
